(More customer reviews)No surprises for this item. Appears to be a well built quality unit. Easy installation, took about 20 minutes. I ordered the extra sink stopper and splash guard as I couldn't tell if it was included with the disposal. When we opened the box we found that it was included, so no need to order one unless you just want an extra one. Don't forget to remove the little splash plug that's inserted in the port for the dishwasher drain (if you have a dishwasher). Good luck
