(More customer reviews)I purchased this item. In about three months it fell apart. I contacted Billy Joe Homewares for either a refund or replacement. They informed me I would have to take it back to the store where I purchased it. Well, most stores give you no more than thirty days to return the item. Secondly, I purchased this item on vacation, in Hawaii, I live in California! The customer service rep told me to glue the item back together because they could not help me. The generic sink strainers are not only cheaper, they last forever. I'm still using my generic sink strainer I purchased at the hardware store over 20 years ago.
Save your money and purchase the sink strainers and stoppers from the hardware store. Billy Joe fu fu items are merely overpriced fancy junk!
