They sold me this junk without a serial number, then refused to repair it or replace it because -- there was no serial number! They ignore the proof of purchase I sent them, and the distributor's affirmation, and the repairman's report of a missing serial number. Their last silly accusation was that I must have peeled off the serial number somehow.
Any other reputable company will provide you a good, reliable garbage disposal. Beware of Viking!
